Ken Shamrock Of Reno, NV Supports Third Annual Hooters of Sacramento Golf Owling to Benefit Christian Okoye Foundation Published Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 at 2:22 pm (Sacramento, CA) – Sacramento Hooters Restaurants will be hosting the 3rd annual Golf Owling to benefit the Christian Okoye Foundation. The tournament will be held on Thursday, September 17th, 2009 at Wood Creek Golf Course. Wood Creek Golf Course is located at 5880 Woodcreek Oaks Blvd in Roseville, CA. The Christian Okoye Foundation has been in existence since 1990, providing support for children in need. Proceeds from this year’s tournament will provide recreation scholarships to summer after- school programs for youths and the opportunity to continue to host OKOYE SPORTS CLINICS for at risk children. Special celebrity guests expected to be in attendance are Andre Reed, Eric Dickerson, Mike Merriweather, Joey Chestnut, Ken Shamrock and 45 of the World Famous Hooters Girls. Registration begins at 10 a.m. The tournament will include: 18 holes of golf, golf cart, goody bags, beverages, lunch, dinner, and several contests throughout the day.
