3 Weeks in
This week has been "Bag Week," and I am getting a lot of bag time in.
Time sure flies when you're in training. I am now three weeks into my training, and I feel really good! Typically at this point of the training, overall conditioning is typically dialed-in fairly well, and it has been with me. Most of my muscle soreness is gone.
I really feel that I am beginning to hit my stride. My new Shamrock Slam drink has given me the needed energy and branch chain amino acid replenishment that my intense workouts require.
Let me tell you how much the positive Tweets and Facebook comments have meant to me. During training it's typical to become acutely focused on the conditioning of the body. Each day, when I complete a session of training, I go shower and have a healthy meal. When I settle in for the night I love going to Twitter and Facebook to read the day's comments. Your uplifting posts/comments have been encouraging, and I want you to know how much I appreciate your kind words. I want to thank those writers and publishers out there who have written articles on me and have done interviews with me.

PS. Oh, I want to give a HUGE shout out for all the recent birthday wishes. Furthermore, I watched some stellar video tributes of me that blew me away. Kudos to you who have done these. I tried to send you personal thank you messages. They are cool.
